Practical power from nature based mindfulness and Peak Nature: The Camino
May 8th -16th 2026
Walking allows us to shift from merely observing to actively engaging with nature, encountering our sacred place in nature, the metaphors and mirrors nature gives us with and deepening our connection with the environment.
Time shifts from the linear to the liminal and we are able to distill the wisdom—as a full five dimensional experience. Walking the Camino, we become part of an age-old community, following in the footsteps of pilgrims, seekers and explorers.
To journey without being changed is to be a nomad. To change without journeying is to be a chameleon. To journey and be transformed by the journey is to be a pilgrim.

Testimonials
I knew it would be a healing journey from what I had read and seen of others’ experiences…I achieved way beyond what I thought I knew about the Camino, pushed my physical limits way past my expectations, mentally I was strong. The unexpected was around every corner and in every moment.
I have learnt how to remain positive as an individual and to get rid of all the negativity that surrounds me so that I can grow and achieve success in my life. I would so love it if everyone I know could attend.
Excellent, full of substance! At last I have found a course that is truly worthwhile… Highly recommended
