Your Soulcraft
Soulprint
Pathways to power, presence
and purpose.
Would you like more synergy—body, mind, soul— awakening new perspectives & power?
March 19 to 22, 2026.
Being in Findhorn, being with this group, is deep connecting to yourself, to nature, through your senses: grounding and breathing, with and as our subtle and interconnected awarenesses and the field around us.
This is a psychoactive place helping to amplify our experiences remembering our radical wholeness from our bodies and souls.
How would your life change if you start each day with a short immersion in nature, to help you realise that you are nature, and not separate from it?
@lakefrontproject
Have you noticed your positive mental tools & would like more of these:
- Your peak states, a state of flow where you achieve far more than you normally feel is possible?
- To do this more often, to wire these peak states for ready access, more effectiveness and impact?
- Connecting to this through nature, by being in nature, and bringing that into your daily life?
- To gather with like-minded people, sharing insights, knowledge and deep five dimensional experiences?
Soulprint is the art and science of authentic action.
Soulprint
Art and science: The connections feel like they are weaving together. Nature has physical, mental and emotional-therapeutic effects. We choose to deliberately step into our peak natures supported by the landscape and environment all around.
When we consciously hold this, our awareness and interrelationships, something happens between you and the unseen world.
How
Join us for a powerful 4 day process of insight, interconnection and integration as Findhorn helps us into Awareness, Awakening, Activation and Alchemy.
We start in the evening Thusday and finish just after lunch on Sunday.
Through
We’ll be combining the practices and principles of nature based mindfulness and Peak Nature while exploring ways to connect spiritually through in a powerful retreat space.
What
Thu evening: Awareness
Fri: Awareness stepping into Awakening
Sat: Activate these states
Sun: Alchemy
How do we transform?
There will be both practical and theoretical content however the emphasis is on personal direct experience and conscious awareness. We’ll be flexible to allow exploration of situations as they arise and individual choice in what is important. Foci:
Honouring our experiences as true and taking them lightly too. What else is true?
Creating strength to change our Perceptions and Perspectives, to see more in difficult situations.
Holding difficulty in a way that it is shifted and we have a bodily sense of the integration.
Reconnecting with our spiritual natures and expanding your consciousness to transform your life.

Science
When we consciously hold this, our awareness and connections to nature, something happens between you and the unseen world. We shift, we see more of ourselves and life.
Art
This is a practice, a weaving together of our multiple intelligences. We are facilitated to be in connection with the land and group, enhancing ourselves to take this home with us.
The program
Findhorn: is an attractor. A place with 70 years of ‘waking up’ deep connections and profound at-one-ness.
Your retreat is over 4 days and 3 nights. You are invited to arrive in the afternoon of Thursday. Leave afternoon Sunday.
This is a small group with a maximum of 12 participants and 2 principle facilitators: Hazel Farrer and Dr Simon Divecha. We focus on:

Testimonials
It was one of the most enjoyable and most informative experiences I’ve attended. It is amazing how my way of thinking has changed.
I have learnt how to remain positive as an individual and to get rid of all the negativity that surrounds me so that I can grow and achieve success in my life. I would so love it if everyone I know could attend.
Excellent, full of substance! At last I have found a course that is truly worthwhile… Highly recommended
